Habitus
Tree, 8 m tall, 15 cm in diam., upper side of leaves dark, shiny green, lower side slightly shiny green, flowers with a sweet scent, sepals green, outer side of petals cream to yellow, inner side and stamens cream, old flowers brown, carpels green, bark smooth, but close to this collection a flowering tree of the same species (30 m tall and 50 ch in diam.) was encountered with a longitudinally fissured bark.
